If you are new to GW, use your GWID # for example: G12345678 WITHOUT "@gwu.edu" in the UserID section. Your password should be consistent with what is used to access your GW email, Blackboard, and other related applications.If you attempt to sign in and you receive a pop-up message that states, "could not retrieve phone info", refresh the page and then select "SUBMIT A REQUEST".
